Welcome to Shoonya Trader with Algo. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Shoonya Trader with Algo software and its associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. License Grant
Upon successful payment and activation, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Shoonya Trader with Algo software for your personal, non-commercial algo trading activities on the Finvasia Shoonya platform. This license is tied to your provided Shoonya User ID.
2. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN SOLE RISK.
3. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL SHOONYA TRADER WITH ALGO OR ITS OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TRADING IN FINANCIAL MARKETS INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK, AND YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TRADING DECISIONS AND RESULTS.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer any portion of the software.
- Redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the software.
- Use the software for any unlawful purpose.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Cooch Behar Jurisdiction, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
