Payment
All subscription payments and activations are processed securely via our official WhatsApp support channel. Upon selecting your plan, please follow the activation steps outlined on our website, including sharing your payment confirmation and Shoonya User ID via WhatsApp.
Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may change. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Refundable Before Activation: You are eligible for a full refund of your payment if the request is made *before your license for Shoonya Trader with Algo has been activated*.
- No Refunds After Activation: Once your license for Shoonya Trader with Algo has been activated, we regret that we cannot offer any refunds. This policy is due to the digital nature of the product and the immediate access provided upon activation.
Activation Process
Your license will be activated manually by our team within 30 minutes of receiving your payment proof and Shoonya User ID on WhatsApp (during market hours). After activation, the software download link will be provided.
