Is my Shoonya password safe?

Absolutely. Our software is a standalone .exe that runs locally on your PC. We do not have any servers that store your credentials. Your API keys are encrypted and stored locally.

Do I need to keep my PC on?

Yes, since this is a local desktop application, your computer must be turned on and connected to the internet for the algo to execute orders.

How long does activation take?

Once you send the payment proof and your Shoonya ID on WhatsApp, we usually activate the license within 15 to 30 minutes during market hours.

Can I use it on multiple PCs?

The license is tied to your Shoonya User ID. You can use it on any PC as long as you are logged in with that specific User ID.

Do you provide strategies?

We provide the automation tool. You can configure your own strategies or use our built-in sample templates. We are not financial advisors.
